1. Platform Access & License

Apollo Academy grants enrolled students a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access course materials for individual educational use.

  • Accounts are strictly for individual student use only and cannot be shared or transferred.
  • Course access remains active according to the specific plan or lifetime terms purchased.
  • All study slide decks and summaries are for personal review during medical coursework.

2. Intellectual Property & Anti-Piracy

All educational materials, video lectures, medical diagrams, codebase, and platform designs provided on Apollo Academy are the exclusive intellectual property of Apollo Academy and are protected by applicable copyright laws. You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access course materials strictly for individual educational use. Apollo Academy actively monitors sessions and utilizes advanced DRM encryption with real-time dynamic digital watermarks displaying your registered account credentials. Any attempt to screen-record, rip, re-upload, distribute, or publicly exhibit Apollo Academy materials constitutes a severe violation of local and international intellectual property laws. This will result in immediate permanent account termination without refund and will trigger legal proceedings.

3. Medical Disclaimer

All educational content on Apollo Academy is designed for healthcare academic training and preparation for medical licensure examinations. It is not intended to substitute for clinical judgment or hospital protocol.

4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Due to the digital nature of our educational platform and the immediate access granted to our proprietary video lectures and study resources, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, partial refunds, or subscription cancellations once a course purchase is successfully processed (in JOD) and the content has been unlocked for the user account.

5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Use and your use of the Apollo Academy platform are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. Any legal disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Jordanian courts.
